Tours/Programs/Group Events

If you wish to request a tour reservation, to reserve space in a program, or to use the mansion to host an event, please complete the following form. Motor coach groups only: If you wish to reserve a special tea program (in addition to a bus tour), you must instead contact The Tea Ladies© to make a program reservation.

Scheduling Note: All Tours/Programs/Group Events will be scheduled on the basis of site/staff availability on the requested date. Every effort will be made to accommodate the first-choice date, but submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation of your first choice. All requests will be processed in the order that they are received and all Tours/Programs/Group Events will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow three weeks to receive your confirmation. Contact us ASAP if you have not heard from us by that date.

Parking Note: Bus parking is permitted for all educational programs and tours in the gravel area at the north of the site (west of the Barn/Stable). Please ask the driver to turn off the bus engine while the bus is parked.
